GENERAL INFORMATION

- Shipping and insurance will be quoted together with your merchandise, always looking for the best option possible.
- Claims on damaged or lost merchandise must be made within the first five days after receipt of said merchandise and the customer must have paid the insurance on their shipment.
- All credit customers They must pay the insurance on their shipments.
- In shipments it occurs, if the package is returned due to lack of collection, the reshipment will be charged as new freight plus the corresponding insurance.
- If the customer uses their own courier account, the goods will travel at your responsibility and risk.
